Catalogue of the AAA+ Open Data exhibition held at the Gallery of the Academy of Applied Arts in Rijeka from 11 March to 14 May 2026, on the occasion of International Open Data Day. The exhibition brings together twelve student data visualization projects produced in the Data Visualization A and Data-Grounded Design courses of the graduate programme in Visual Communications and Graphic Design. The publication opens with introductory texts on the role of applied arts in the 21st century and on the newly introduced curriculum, with projects grouped into five thematic sections, each introduced by a short opening text. Each project is accompanied by a text that formulates the research question, briefly describes the data and approach used, and situates the project within a broader conceptual context.
