Third parties may freely use published works provided the original author, publisher, and a link to the original publication are clearly credited, in accordance with the CC BY 4.0 licence.
Dispozitiv employs a double-blind peer review process for all scholarly and professional papers. The identities of authors are not disclosed to reviewers, nor are the identities of reviewers disclosed to authors.
Procedure:
- Manuscript receipt: The editorial office checks formal compliance with author guidelines and the thematic scope of the journal.
- Reviewer assignment: Each manuscript is sent to at least two independent reviewers who are experts in the relevant field.
- Review: Reviewers evaluate originality, methodology, relevance, clarity of presentation, and contribution to the field. Feedback is provided within 6–8 weeks.
- Decision: Based on the reviews, the editorial board issues one of the following decisions: acceptance without changes, acceptance with minor revisions, acceptance with major revisions, or rejection.
- Revision: Authors are required to address reviewer comments and submit a revised manuscript within the given deadline.
For works in the arts and humanities, the journal also accepts editorial review for certain categories such as essays, reviews, and art criticism.
Publication Fee Statement
Dispozitiv does not charge authors any fees for the processing, review, or publication of articles (Article Processing Charges – APC). Publishing in Dispozitiv is entirely free of charge for authors. The journal does not levy submission fees, language editing fees, illustration processing fees, or any other supplementary charges.
Retraction Policy
Dispozitiv adheres to the Committee on Publication Ethics (COPE) guidelines for retraction of published articles. Retraction may be initiated in the following cases:
- Proven plagiarism or significant overlap with a previously published work
- Falsification or fabrication of data or results
- Serious methodological errors that fundamentally undermine the conclusions of the work
- Violation of research ethics standards
- Publication without valid consent of all authors or without necessary permissions
Procedure:
Retraction requests may be submitted by authors, the editorial board, or third parties. The editorial board investigates each request in accordance with COPE guidelines. If a retraction is warranted, a retraction notice is published on the journal website clearly stating the reasons. The original article remains available online but is clearly marked as "RETRACTED" with a link to the retraction notice. Retraction does not mean deletion – the article remains accessible for the sake of transparency in the academic record.
Politika sukoba interesa
